Program Overview:
Unlock Your Palate is a comprehensive course designed to enhance your wine-tasting skills and expand your sensory experience. With 90 minutes of live classes per week, you'll embark on a 6-week journey of discovery, exploring various wine-tasting techniques and food-pairing strategies. Each class will be interactive and led by experienced instructors who will guide you through visual appreciation, aroma identification, flavor analysis, and the art of wine and gastronomy pairing. Alongside the live classes, you'll receive additional resources, including materials for further exploration and suggestions for wines to taste.
